Sometimes, even the court can make a mistake, and these mistakes can lead to an unfair result. When this happens, Alabama law allows you to file appeals in both civil or criminal cases. Appeals are usually based on arguments that there were errors in the trial's procedure or errors in the judge's interpretation of the law.
